Preparing for your interview

Thank you so much for agreeing to do the interview!

You don’t need any fancy camera equipment, but here are a few tips to help ensure everything looks great:

  • Test the online studio: Visit the studio link beforehand to make sure it works smoothly on your device.
  • Lighting matters: Position a light source (like a lamp or a window) in front of you so your face is well-lit.
  • Avoid backlighting: Try not to sit with windows or other bright light sources directly behind you, as most cameras struggle with backlighting.
  • Find the right framing: Make sure you're neither too close nor too far from the camera for a balanced frame.
